@spotifysuomi pyysi meikäläistä kuratoimaan säännöllisesti päivittyvän listan suomalaisesta konemusiikista. Oli kiva homma – yli 50 huippua tuoretta kotimaista biisiä ja upeita artisteja. Perjantaina 30.3. YleX:n perjantai-illassa soitossa mm. Daft Punkin Thomas Bangalter, uutta Mark Knightia, Mord Fustangia, Pendulumia sekä tulevalla viikolla XmiX-dekeissä kuultavaa Claudia Cazacua. Suomalaisista edustettuna ovat mm. Marcus Maison & Will Dragen, Turismo, Kajis, Proteus uudella Skylight-projektillaan sekä viime viikolta tutut rikkobiittisankarit Sonik ja Illuvial.

Lisäksi startataan Whiteout-skaba, jossa jaossa 4 VIP-lippua Kaapelitehtaalle 14.4.2012.

XmiX-dekkeihin tarttuu kiinni suomen junkkatrio L.A.O.S. joka julkaisee näillä hetkillä debyyttipitkäsoittonsa. Haastattelussa pureudutaan albumiin ja tuleviin keikkoihin tarkemmin ja kaikkiaan 27 raitaa sisältävässä XmiXissä saadaan maistiaisia tulevalta LP:ltä.

Ohjelma on livelähetys Berliinistä.

Ohjelma on kuultavissa jälkikäteen Ylen Areenalla viikon ajan.

DJ Orion @ YleX – 11.03.2011 – XmiX: LAOS

Perjantaina 11.3. YleX:n illassa soitossa uusi Above & Beyond -sinkku, tuoretta remiksiä Redankalta ja Pete Tongilta ja uutta tranceosastoa Suomeen viikonloppuna saapuvalta Langelta. Suomalaisista ensisoitossa erittäin vahva uusi raita Thomas Feijkiltä ja uusinnassa Our Stolen Theory ja Michael Cassette. Lisäksi soi kesäinen Viikon Vinyyli vuodelta 1998 ja muistellaan menneen viikonlopun musiikkitunnelmia lyhyellä Pacifique 2011 -biisiselektiolla.

Viikon XmiXissä kuullaan tunnin verran Suomen näkyvimpiin drum’n’bass -kokoonpanoihin kuuluvaa LAOSia. LAOS eli Large Amount Of Soul pyöräyttää huikean 25 raidan junkka-XmiXin ohjelman toiselle tunnille. Lisäksi kuullaan mm. Panda Style -raidan synnystä ja valotetaan LAOSin diplomatiasuhteita DJ Burmaan.
LAOS nähdään ensi kesänä livenä Ilosaarirockissa kokoonpanon ensimmäisellä festarikeikalla.
