Last Saturday at Parktheater, Kempten was brilliant. It was good to get to know the whole club staff who were down-to-earth and really nice people. The club seems to be run with a really relaxed mood and the same vibe is also on the dance floor.

Alfredo warmed up the place really nicely and it was easy to get going with a bit more tech-housey vibe, then through melodic and proghouse to a couple electroish house tracks in the end. What comes to the tracks, Mark Mendes’ version of Gypsy Woman rocked the place as well as Chris Lake’s La Tromba, Mason’s Kippschwinger and crazy club edit of Lee Coombs’ Right Now. I was happy to see our remix of Viva La Vida go down really well and Sami Saari’s version’s of One Sunday + our mash-up of Chase the Sun & Where Are You Now got some hands in the air, too :)

Big thanks to Alfredo, Julian, Hannes, Micha, Herbie for all the fun and superb hosting & all the crowd for the awesome party :)

Below are some photos and a very short video (thanks to Michael for shooting the clips:)

Gute Laune.

Friday night @ ParkTheater, Kempten

This Saturday I’ll be playing at Kempten’s Parktheater, one of the biggest clubs in Allgäu area, South Germany. The club looks awesome (see the photo above) and the mood and music are very German, especially on these house/techno based nights. Local DJ hero Alfredo will be warming up the decks and I’ll be on around 01:00 for a two hour set. See you there! ;)

Danke schön, Kempten

Mango, Kempten, Germany

Last night’s gig in Mango, Kempten, Germany was very, very nice. The people were extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very cosy. I truly enjoy playing in these 200+ clubs instead of big 1000+ halls. There’s so much more intimacy and interaction in the small ones.

What comes to music, the night proved (once again) the international potential of Danceteria label and Finnish (electro) house production scene. Tracks like My Rosegarden and a bit older Heikki L’s remix of Honey and Jussi Polet’s Positive etc were the tracks of the night, no question.

Big thanks to Alfredo & co. for all the promotion and work and the super nice staff of Mango for uncompromised hosting. Big up!
