It’s newsletter time. It’s not like these newsletters would come every month or so, now it’s over 5 months I wrote the latest. But it doesn’t mean it has been lazy and quiet – quite the opposite – the past months have been incredibly busy but rewarding.

DJ Orion & J.Shore – Brotherhood (Lost Language)

My debut release, One Sunday, was released last March on Solaris Recordings and I’m really happy to announce the second single, Brotherhood will be out very soon on Lost Language (Release date 23.11.2009). Lost Language is one of my all-time favourite labels which I’ve been following for nearly a decade already (check their massive back-catalogue) and it’s really an honor to see this release happen. Big thanks to DJ Taucher, Ayleon, Flight&Jontey and Anton Sonin for making superb versions of the original and for endless and patient tweaking and fine-tuning :)
Check here for the full length samples of Brotherhood.

Final gigs for 2009 + DJ Orion chart

Twothousandandnine is soon over, but there are still a couple of events worth checking depending on where you live.

On 13.11. and 14.11. I’ll be making a short round-trip in Northern Finland playing at Helmi, Doris, Rovaniemi on 13.11. and Sunburn, Dyyni, Kalajoki 14.11.2009. I’ll join hands with local DJ hero Kaasi and DJ Flight behind the decks – I’m really looking forward to this year’s visit to the very north :)

On 22.11. Jack club turns 6 and 7 years old – double birthday party on one night, whee! Dave Seaman will be headlining the main event (Dave is also my Featured Artist guest aka Biisivieras on the upcoming Tiistain Tanssi-ilta on YleX, 10.11.2009) and Jody Wisternoff rocks the afterparty. I’ll be warming up Playground for Jody between 05-07 – see you there. Check Facebook Event or Klubitus topic for further information.

On 04.12. I’ll be returning to Seinäjoki after many, many, many years which I’m really looking forward to. Syna possé will be hosting a trancey pre-christmas day Fiksaatio party at Karma – luxorius :)

Two days later, 6.12, I’ll be playing a rare 2,5h chill-out set at Sunday Chill club in Tabu, Tampere. Naturally played in From Rural To Urban style, the set will also include loads of Finnish chill-out tunes & classics to celebrate the independence day’s night.

Finally, if you’re into trainspotting, there is also my October/November TOP10 chart, check it ouuut!
